We pride ourselves to make your hearts dance with our flowers. Before ordering, please read up our delivery policies to avoid any miscommunication or delay with your purchase. 1. PRODUCT: Flowers are products of the nature and sometimes they behave in ways we can't predict. While we strive to keep the order as close to your order description or photos as possible; we reserve the right to replace certain elements if we feel they won't be as beautiful as they could be, or if a certain flower is not in stock due to factors such as season, festivals etc. We do, however, promise to deliver you a gorgeous arrangement, lovingly designed using our freshest of the fresh product. If the flower that you’ve specifically requested is unavailable, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements prior to the delivery. 2. DELIVERY: NDH - Monday to Saturday *Morning between 10am to 12pm *Afternoon between 2pm to 5pm *Evening between 8pm to 10pm (only for Mon-Fri) Island-wide delivery to residential and office areas within Singapore is chargeable at $15.00 during our Normal Delivery Hours (NDH). Orders fulfilling $100 and above will be entitled free delivery. Orders for Same-Day Delivery must be confirmed and paid in full by 11am, otherwise the delivery will be arranged on the next working day. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources or selected flowers are not available. For delivery on Sundays, orders have to be confirmed and paid in full before 11am on Saturday. If you need to deliver out of the above Normal Delivery Hours (NDH) or would like to request for a specific delivery timeslot, the delivery charge is $25. To aid the delivery process, it is best to inform us in advance should the residential or office area require security clearance such as changing of access pass or entry into a condominium. 3. No Delivery to all Restricted Areas as follows: - Sentosa Island - Changi Airport Area - Tuas Area - Jurong Island - Sembawang Shipyard - All Army camps - All PSA Ports 4. REDIRECTION OF DELIVERY: We trust that every customer is committed to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date and time stated during the order confirmation. However, in unforeseen cases where the nobody is around to receive the flowers, we will make attempts to contact you (sender) for alternatives. Dancing Petals will not accept responsibility and non-delivery for the following situations: - Incorrect/incomplete delivery address given. - Incorrect/no valid contact number provided. - Recipients who do not pick up the phone or reply to text messages to receive the order. - No such person at delivery address. - Recipient not present at delivery address during scheduled delivery hours and no representative is able to receive on their behalf (Eg: recipient on leave / MC) Our courier service will only be able to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before moving off for other deliveries. Re-delivery fees will have to borne by the customer to be sent to the right address. In the event that there needs to be a re-delivery, an additional re-delivery fee of $15 will be charged. To maintain the freshness of our flowers upon receipt, re-delivery has to be done within 4 hours from the original delivery time stated, and flowers will only be delivered after re-delivery fees have been fully paid. If the customer is unwilling to pay the re-delivery fee, no refund will be issued for non-delivery. 5. PEAK SEASONS: Festivals such as Chinese New Year Eve and Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve and New Year Eve require a huge manpower presence and thus with increased labor and delivery costs, surcharges will be imposed. 6. ORDER REVISION/CANCELLATION: Don't worry if you have to changed your mind and wish to amend or cancel your order. Simply make known your request to us at least two working days before the intended delivery date. After this, any cancellation will be charged at 100% of the order value. (applicable to ala carte orders only excluding pre-order items)For cancellation on event packages, any cancellations is not allowed after the first deposit is made. Arrangements may be made to exchange/amend/replace/place-on-credit items of the same value and will be determined on a case by case basis. Cancellation will not be allowed for urgent orders (last-minute/same-day) before and after delivery has been made. 7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email email@example.com to enquire about a return/exchange. We may require purchase information or photographs etc. for our documentation purposes. Sale items, vouchers, workshops and gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
